TND Landscaping

All work will be performed as outlined in the approved estimate or written agreement. Work not specifically listed is excluded unless added via written Change Order.

Any changes to scope, materials, layout, quantities, or specifications require written approval. Additional costs and schedule adjustments may apply.

A deposit is required prior to scheduling. Progress payments may be required depending on project size. Final payment is due upon substantial completion. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law), plus collection costs and legal fees if necessary.

Material costs are subject to supplier availability and market changes. If pricing increases after estimate approval but prior to procurement, adjustments may be required. Equivalent substitutions may be used if specified materials become unavailable.

Project timelines are estimates only. Delays may result from weather, material shortages, permit or HOA approvals, inspections, unforeseen site conditions, or events beyond our control. TND Landscaping is not liable for delays outside its control.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, permits and HOA approvals are the homeowner’s responsibility.

Additional charges may apply for hidden or unforeseen site conditions including underground utilities, soil instability, hidden debris, irrigation conflicts, or drainage issues.

Client agrees to provide safe and clear access to work areas, operational water and electrical access, and secured pets during construction.

TND Landscaping provides a workmanship warranty of [Insert Warranty Period]. Warranty does not cover normal settling, efflorescence, artificial turf heat retention, damage caused by others, acts of nature, or improper maintenance. Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.

TND Landscaping reserves the right to suspend work if payment terms are not met and reserves the right to file a mechanics lien in accordance with Nevada law for unpaid balances.

Liability is limited to the total contract value. TND Landscaping is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Cancellation after materials are ordered may result in restocking fees, administrative costs, and labor charges.
